it’s no secret – i borrow (steal off) boy’s clothes a lot. tops, shirts and jackets in particular. din, my dear friend (for like 8 years now) gave this leather jacket to me when he moved into his own apartment. it’s got sweet leopard furry panels, studs, and lots of patches and pins to seal this whole business off into a clusterfuck of awesomeness. i even feel a little bad wearing it with flats from topshop, but hey, at least i do know what those bands play. i just prefer stoner metal, 80′s cheesy rnb and juke music nowadays.

wearing: leather jacket by din, studded flats by topshop, generic red mock-suede leggings, black batwing tshirt and short messy hair.

almost every time i visit my mom and dad’s place, it ends up with setting up the studio and taking some pics. this weekend, though, i stood both behind and in front of the camera – shooting portraits myself, and then having my pics taken (with no make up again. guess i really have to start carrying a make up bag around when i visit my parents). even managed to sew a pair of leather leggings, and create a new pattern for it! but more about that soon…

on the way out for a photoshoot i’m styling. going to be exciting, i’m absolutely sure about it. it’s been a while since i’ve styled anything, as i’m too busy doing other projects – but it’s nice to be back on track. i don’t want to spill out any secrets about the shoot though – you’ll see when we’re done – so meanwhile let me introduce my friend shay, who is one of the most talented girls to stroll tel aviv wearing an (100% self made) animal-head hoodie + skirt + black leg straps. she has just opened a blog – check it here!
(thnx goni riskin for the pics. miss-shaping)
